產品特點 

 快速制備凝膠——短時間即可灌制多塊凝膠,無需計算所需溶液量,無需稀釋; 

 彩色上層膠——可制備紅藍綠三種顏色的上層膠,為點樣和區分不同凝膠提供最大便利; 

 避免異味——無需使用TEMED,避免惡臭氣味; 

 條帶清晰——尤其小分子蛋白質條帶比在傳統凝膠中更清晰。


產品簡介

good本產品采用上層膠和下層膠的預混配方,只需加入改良型促凝劑即可凝膠,簡便快捷。所配的上層膠帶有顏色(紅色、藍色或綠色),點樣孔清晰易辨,方便點樣。三種顏色設計,可用于區分含不同樣品的凝膠。本試劑盒灌制的凝膠也可用于非變性PAGE凝膠電泳。

good本產品配套提供改良型促凝劑,其具有更好的穩定性和催化效能,配膠過程中無需額外添加TEMED。為方便操作,已開蓋使用中的改良型促凝劑可置于4保存至少三個月。
